This blog engine was written in PHP and doesn't use any databases

Which, as it happens, is a REALLY bad idea, but some poor sap somewhere might want something like that, so I went ahead and wrote it. It has the (only) benefit of being really simple and easy for a PHP beginner to hack on.sss
